All councils work co-operatively within a South East ADASS Memorandum of Understanding. DASSs commission and lead a Regional Programme which focuses on what councils can do better together and with partners.
The Regional Programme is delivered through an established structure of networks and groups to:
- support shared learning
- accelerate implementation of new legislation and effective practice
- enable benchmarking
- offer a critical friend role
